A couple of months ago my Sony Tablet S was upgraded from Honeycomb to Ice Cream Sandwich. Only recently did I discover that the ability to save a screen capture image was included with this Android 4 upgrade.
If you're looking for information on how to take a screenshot with an android phone or tablet try pushing the power and volume down buttons simultaneously. If your device is able to save a screen capture image this way you should be able to access the newly created image in your gallery. From the gallery if you place your finger and hold it on the image, you should have the ability to send it via email, post it to Google Plus, upload it to your Box.com account, etc.
